Enrollment Procedure
Step 1
Students and their parent or guardian can schedule a one-to-one meeting with our team to learn more about the program and ask any questions they may have.
During this meeting, we’ll walk you through how everything works—from the different regions and school options in Spain, to what daily life looks like with a host family. We’ll also chat about your interests, goals, and what kind of experience you're hoping to have, so we can help guide you toward the best fit for your time abroad.
This is a relaxed and friendly conversation—there’s no pressure, just a chance to explore your options and see if the program feels right for you.
Step 3
Once your application is submitted, our trusted partner in Spain takes care of arranging your school placement and selecting a host family that’s a great fit for you.
Your host family is carefully chosen based on your personality, interests, and preferences shared in your application. We work to ensure you'll be placed in a welcoming and supportive environment where you’ll feel at home.
At the same time, your school enrollment is handled directly with the local school in Spain—no extra paperwork for you! We’ll keep you updated along the way, and you’ll receive your final placement details well before departure.
If possible, we can also help arrange an introductory call with your host family so you can get to know each other in advance.
Step 2
As part of the application, you’ll also be asked to write a short introduction in Spanish for your future host family. This doesn’t need to be perfect—just a friendly message to help them get to know you!
Your Spanish introduction should include:
Your name and age
A little bit about your family
Your hobbies or interests
Why you're excited about this experience
Step 4
Before you head off to Spain, we’ll have a final meeting with you and your family to make sure you feel fully prepared and confident about the journey ahead.
During this session, we’ll cover everything you need to know—from packing tips and travel logistics to cultural insights and how to make the most of your time abroad. We’ll also go over common questions, offer advice on settling in, and share some practical Spanish phrases to help you get started.
You’ll receive a pre-departure guide with all the key information in one place, and we’ll be here to support you every step of the way—even once you’ve arrived in Spain.
